Power Horse Technology, Inc. (PHT) is primarily a technical service provider of protective coatings for aluminum and alloys thereof, as well as a variety of other substrate materials. PHT coatings offer many advantages over current polymer and toxic and high cost chrome top coatings. Features include:

• Excellent adhesion to Al, Mg, brass, steel, and a wide variety of semiconductor materials
• Substantially free of micro-porosity and other defects
• Strong resistance to attack by acids, bases, and most common solvents
• Little or no efflorescence (no fog or foaming)
• Good thermal shock resistance (no micro-cracks)
• Good stability against degradation by visible (sunlight) and UV radiation
• Strong resistance to mechanical shock
• High hardness (comparable to glass)
• Good abrasion resistance
• High reflectance (>90%) for clear coatings

Manufacturing advantages:

• Low temperature coating and curing steps
• Nontoxic starting materials

• Low cost (about 50% of that of the current industry standard)
